FYE PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OVERALL: DURING BPVA'S 51ST YEAR AS A VETERAN'S SERVICE ORGANIZATION, WE PROPELLED OUR MISSION OF IMPROVING THE LIVES OF OUR MEMBERS. WE DID THIS BY AWARDING ACCESSIBLE HOME MODIFICATION GRANTS, HAND CONTROL GRANTS, AND CAME TO THE AID OF OUR MEMBERS WHO NEEDED EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE. IN THE SPRING, WE PARTICIPATED IN PVA'S ADVOCACY WEEK AND MET WITH EACH OF OHIO'S CONGRESSPEOPLE AND REPRESENTATIVES TO DISCUSS THE NEEDS OF OUR DISABLED VETERANS. WE ALSO SUPPORTED ADAPTIVE SPORTS, INCLUDING HOSTING THE 2023 BUCKEYE WHEELCHAIR GAMES - IN PERSON - AT SPIRE INSTITUTE IN GENEVA, OHIO WHERE NEARLY 60 ATHLETES COMPETED IN ADAPTIVE EVENTS. WE CONTINUE TO SUCCESSFULLY MANAGE THE WILLOUGHBY HILLS OFFICE BUILDING WE PURCHASED IN DECEMBER 2021, WHICH IS A GREAT LOCATION FOR OUR BPVA OFFICE. DURING THE PAST YEAR, WE HAVE MADE SEVERAL IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING A NEW ROOF AND RE-SEALED PARKING LOT. THE BUILDING CONTINUES TO SERVE AS ORGANIZATIONAL REVENUE AS ALL OFFICE SPACE IS LEASED TO MULTIPLE TENANTS.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
