Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

SCHEDULE J PART I LINE 3
THE FOUNDATION FOR DEPELCHIN CHILDREN'S CENTER DOES NOT PROVIDE COMPENSATION TO ITS OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS. THE FOUNDATION'S PRESIDENT/CEO AND SECRETARY ARE COMPENSATED BY ITS RELATED ORGANIZATION, DEPELCHIN CHILDREN'S CENTER. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF DEPELCHIN CHILDREN'S CENTER ADOPTED A POLICY, HR.G. 406, TO ENSURE THAT THE PROCESS TO REVIEW COMPENSATION RECEIVED BY OFFICERS AND KEY EMPLOYEES FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES IS THE FAIR VALUE FOR SUCH SERVICES. FAIR VALUE IS THE VALUE THAT WOULD ORDINARILY BE PAID FOR LIKE SERVICES BY A LIKE ORGANIZATION UNDER LIKE CIRCUMSTANCES. A CONSULTING FIRM SPECIALIZING IN EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION SPECIFIC TO COMPARABLE NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IS ENGAGED TO CONDUCT PERIODIC COMPENSATION ANALYSIS. SUCH ANALYSIS INCLUDES REVIEWS OF LIKE ORGANIZATION 990'S AND OTHER COMPENSATION STUDY/SURVEYS. THE RESULTS OF THE ANALYSIS ARE PRESENTED TO THE HUMAN RESOURCES BOARD COMMITTEE FOR APPROVAL AT THE ANNUAL JOINT MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE AND HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEES. CONTEMPORANEOUS DOCUMENTATION AND RECORDKEEPING WITH RESPECT TO DELIBERATIONS AND DECISIONS IS KEPT.
