Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)
- Schedule J, Part I, Line 4
- Concordia Lutheran Ministries of Pittsburgh participates in a non-qualified 457 deferred compensation plan for certain highly compensated employees. The Concordia Lutheran Ministries (EIN 20-5138278) Board of Directors and CEO approve all participants who are enrolled in the plan. Contributions are deferred and will fully vest in five years. Once disbursed, the contribution will appear in Box 5 of the participants' W-2. In the calendar year 2023, the following participants were enrolled in the plan: Keith Frndak, Brian Hortert, Michael Falbo, Kay Frndak-Suder, Melissa Sullivan, and Rachelle Arnold.
- Schedule J, Part II
- All board members of Concordia Lutheran Ministries of Pittsburgh serve on a purely volunteer basis. Any compensation to a board member by a related organization, reported on Part VII and Schedule J, is for his/her service as an employee of that organization and not for his/her service as a board member. Employment compensation for board members is as follows: Keith Frndak, CEO, Concordia Lutheran Ministries and its affiliates, Brian Hortert, COO, Concordia Care Network and facility based affiliates, Michael Falbo, CFO, Concordia Lutheran Ministries and its affiliates, Melissa Sullivan, Administrator, Concordia of Monroeville, Phil Ricci, Administrator, Rebecca Residence, and Mena Louies, Executive Director, Concordia Hospice of Washington.
Part I's answers as filed. A line not listed was left unanswered; on lines 1a and 3 that means the box was not checked.
