PART I, LINE 1A - OTHER ITEMS PROVIDED TO OFFICERS AND KEY EMPLOYEES:
Full-time officers are covered by the same SEIU Staff Travel & Expense Reimbursement Policy that applies to SEIU managers. SEIU Officers may travel in an upgraded seat when necessary during international flights as approved in advance by the Chief of Staff. Officers may elect to use miles accrued during work travel to upgrade on other flights.
PART I, LINE 1B - WRITTEN POLICIES FOR REIMBURSED EXPENSES:
LEASES CAN BE APPROVED IN LIEU OF HOTEL STAYS. THERE IS A WRITTEN POLICY PROVIDING FOR LEASES WHERE AN EMPLOYEE IS ON AN EXTENDED ASSIGNMENT. ALL LEASES MUST UNDERGO THE UNION'S NORMAL CONTRACT APPROVAL PROCESS.

GERALD HUDSON RECEIVED A SEVERANCE PAYMENT OF $27,721 AND VALARIE LONG RECEIVED A SEVERANCE PAYMENT OF $24,716 UPON THEIR DEPARTURE.
