OUR CORE PROGRAM SERVICE IS THE EDUCATION OF ADULT LEADERS IN AFRICA; WE SEEK TO EQUIP AFRICAN LEADERS TO LEAD AND BUILD THRIVING COMMUNITIES. THEIR COURSEWORK HELPS THEM KNOW THE WORD OF GOD MORE COMPLETELY, HEAL EMOTIONAL TRAUMA AND PAIN MORE CAREFULLY, AND USE THE RESOURCES AROUND THEM TO BUILD THE DREAMS OF THEIR COMMUNITIES MORE THOROUGHLY. FROM OUR DATA, MORE THAN 65% OF THESE GRADUATES WILL START SOMETHING NEW FOR THEIR COMMUNITY.
