Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)

Part I, Line 1a
Southern New Hampshire Medical Center may from time-to-time use the facilities at the Nashua Country Club for meetings and other business related purposes. The Club does not have a corporate membership; therefore, an individual associated with Southern New Hampshire Medical Center must be a member of the Club. Historically the Medical Center has maintained this membership in the CEO's name, and invoices are addressed to the CEO, not Southern New Hampshire Medical Center. Southern New Hampshire Medical Center pays the annual dues and all related expenses incurred by the organization. The facilities are only available to Club members.
Part I, Line 4b
Southern New Hampshire Medical Center and Foundation Medical Partners each provide a Section 457(f) Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan to certain executives. The following persons, as listed on this Form 990, Part VII, are participants in these 457(f) plans: - Brett Sweeney. - Susan Santana. - Patrick Lee. Contributions to the 457(f) plan are included in the recipients' 2024 Form W-2, Box 5 wages when paid, and are also included in the amounts reported on this Form 990, Schedule J, Part II, Column B(iii), for any applicable persons. However, while the above-named individuals participated in these 457(f) plans, they received no contributions or deferrals to their plans in this reporting period. Accordingly, no amounts reported on this year's Form 990, Schedule J, Part II relate to the above-named individuals' 457(f) plans. Additionally, SolutionHealth, the parent-organization of Southern New Hampshire Health System, also maintains a 457(f) deferred compensation plan. The following individuals, each of whom qualify as either an officer, director, trustee, key employee, or highest compensated employee on this Form 990, Part VII, participated in the SolutionHealth 457(f) deferred compensation plans during the 2024 calendar year. - Michael Turilli. - John Friberg. - Kenneth Matsis. Michael Turilli received contributions to his 457(f) plan in the 2024 calendar year of $87,156. John Friberg received contributions to his 457(f) plan in the 2024 calendar year of $80,601. Their respective 457(f) plan contributions are included within the amounts disclosed on this Schedule J, Part II, Column C, as Deferred Compensation. Kenneth Matsis did not receive any contributions to his 457(f) plan in the 2024 calendar year. Therefore, while Mr. Matsis participated in the 457(f) plan during this Form 990 reporting period, no amounts are reported on this year's Form 990, Schedule J, Part II, due to Mr. Matsis's participation in the plan.
Part I, Line 7
There is an additional compensation plan available to managers, directors and senior management that is part of their annual performance plan. The plan takes into consideration quality measures, patient satisfaction, individual goals, budget adherence and overall organizational performance. The range and overall pool is reviewed and approved by the Board of Trustees. The amount designated for the CEO and CFO are considered in the compensation consultant's analysis of executive compensation reported on the 990 Part VI section B Line 15b.
Unrelated Organization Compensation
Marc Sadowsky, is also the Medical Director of the Medical Center's Electro Convulsive Therapy (ECT) unit. During Calendar year 2024, Southern New Hampshire Medical Center paid New England Neurological Association $48,800 in in return for ECT and weekend coverage provided by Dr. Sadowsky to the Southern New Hampshire Health System.

Part I's answers as filed. A line not listed was left unanswered; on lines 1a and 3 that means the box was not checked.
