THE UNC ADAMS SCHOOL OF DENTISTRY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION (UNCDAA) EXISTS TO SUPPORT THE MISSION AND PURPOSE OF THE UNC ADAMS SCHOOL OF DENTISTRY: TRANSFORMING DENTISTRY FOR BETTER HEALTH.

Activities or mission (Part I)

THE DENTAL ALUMNI ASSOCIATION EXISTS TO SUPPORT THE MISSION OF THE UNC ADAMS SCHOOL OF DENTISTRY.

  • THE UNCDAA PROVIDES FUNDING TO STUDENTS ATTENDING AND PRESENTING RESEARCH AT CONFERENCES. THE UNCDAA PROVIDES FUNDING FOR STUDENTS TO TRAVEL TO THE NORTH CAROLINA DENTAL SOCIETY MEETING FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION AND MENTORSHIP OPPORTUNIES. THE UNC DAA BOARD MENTORS FOURTH YEAR DENTAL STUDENTS SO THEY ARE POSITIONED FOR SUCCESS AFTER GRADUATION.THE UNCDAA SUPPORTS THE THINK BIG TRANSITIONS WORKSHOP, WITH THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING STUDENTS INFORMATION ESSENTIAL TO SUCCESS AFTER GRADUATION.
