University policy permits spouse travel to Vice Presidents for 1 business trip a year. Reimbursement for expenses associated with spousal travel are reported as taxable to the employee.

Andrews University Human Resources department is responsible for determining and maintaining pay scales. They utilize compensation surveys to perform this function. In addition, the Compensation Committee of the Andrews University Board reviews all compensation once per year.
