GenerationNation develops a new generation of civic leaders. Education programs serving 100,000 students (teacher training, materials, communications and school resources) and hands-on activities to educate students through civics and leadership experiences (programming, materials, resources). Programs include Charlotte-Mecklenburg Youth Council, Youth Lead, Student Advisor to the Board of Education, Kids Lead, Kids Voting, K-12 civic literacy education, NC Civics Coalition, and other initiatives that build civic literacy and leadership from an early age.
