TRINITY HEALTH PACE OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY (TH PACE OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY), LOCATED IN GAITHERSBURG, MARYLAND, BEGAN SETTING UP OPERATIONS FOR A PACE PROGRAM (PROGRAM OF ALL-INCLUSIVE CARE FOR THE ELDERLY) IN FISCAL YEAR 2023. ONCE OPERATIONAL, TH PACE OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY WILL SERVE RESIDENTS IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY. THE PACE PROGRAM OFFERS CONTINUOUS, QUALITY CARE TO THE ELDERLY, ALLOWING THEM THE INDEPENDENCE OF LIVING AT HOME. SENIORS WHO QUALIFY FOR NURSING HOME CARE ALTERNATIVELY HAVE THE OPTION TO RECEIVE COMPREHENSIVE CARE FROM AN INTERDISCIPLINARY TEAM OF EXPERTS, ALL FOCUSED ON IMPROVING PARTICIPANTS' HEALTH. TH PACE OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY'S WELLNESS CENTER IS WHERE SENIORS RECEIVE CLINICAL AND REHABILITATION THERAPY AND BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH DOCTORS, NURSES, AND FELLOW PARTICIPANTS ALL UNDER ONE ROOF.
