TO BRING ABOUT THE BEST POSSIBLE CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR ALL OF ITS MEMBERS. TO MAKE AN EVER IMPROVING SCHOOL SYSTEM. TO MAKE MORE EFFECTIVE THE WORK OF OUR STATE AND NATIONAL AFFILIATES.
