EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT MARTIN DORPH SHALL RECEIVE UPON VESTING A PAYMENT OF TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS IN NON-QUALIFIED DEFERRED COMPENSATION FOR EVERY YEAR OF COMPLETED SERVICE AS EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2024. EACH ANNUAL INSTALLMENT SHALL BE CREDITED WITH EARNINGS AT A RATE AGREED UPON BETWEEN MR. DORPH AND THE UNIVERSITY.
