OUR MISSION IS "DELIVERING CARE THAT CHANGES PEOPLE'S LIVES"

  • CUMBERLAND HOLDING CORPORATION PROVIDES SAFE, COMFORTABLE (HUD) AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR CHRONICALLY MENTALLY ILL INDIVIDUALS IN A SUPERVISED SETTING AND ENGAGES THEM IN PSYCHOSOCIAL ACTIVITIES THAT WILL ASSIST CLIENTS TO LIVE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. CLIENTS ARE TAUGHT SPECIFIC SKILLS WHICH INCLUDE, MEDICATION MANAGEMENT, HOW TO CHOOSE HEALTHY LIFESTYLES, HOME BUDGETING, MEAL PLANNING, DEALING WITH CONFLICT, HOW TO ENGAGE FRIENDS AND USE OF PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.
