Overdose Prevention: Steve Rummler HOPE Network is one of Minnesota's top naloxone distributors, providingfree Overdose Response kits with three doses of IM naloxone and all the necessary supplies to safely administer it. Our innovative Naloxone Access Point (NAP) program has expanded access to this life-saving medication across the state since 2020. We offer free overdose response training in-person, via live webinars, and through a self-guided online course, teaching people to recognize and respond to overdoses. Additionally, we distribute free fentanyl and xylazine test strips along with educational resources to promote safer use and prevent overdose deaths.

We provide CEU-accredited training on naloxone, substance use disorder stigma, and fentanyl and harm reduction. To ensure accessibility, our resources include print materials, digital toolkits, websites, videos, webinars, live presentations, and translated content.

Advocacy: Steve Rummler HOPE Network advocates for local, state, and national policies that fund solutions to the opioid crisis. Beyond legislative efforts, we raise public awareness about Substance Use Disorder and the factors that contribute to it through community events, online education, and social media outreach. Working with local and federal governments, we help advance policies to combat the opioid crisis in Minnesota and beyond. SRHN played a key role in passing Steve's Law (2014) and the Opioid Epidemic Response Law (2019).

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
