ASI'S EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR IS AN AT-WILL EMPLOYEE AND REPORTS TO THE ASSOCIATED STUDENTS BOARD OF DIRECTORS. THE LEVEL OF COMPENSATION IS BASED ON COMPARABLE POSITIONS IN LIKE AUXILIARIES IN THE CSU SYSTEM. ANY INCREASES IN COMPENSATION ARE BASED UPON ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND MUST BE APPROVED BY ASI BOARD OF DIRECTORS AFTER CONSULTATION WITH UNIVERSITY PRESIDENT. THE REVIEW PROCESS WAS LAST UNDERTAKEN JUNE 13, 2023.
