Mission
"Baldwin House Community Collective supports the creation and sustaining of cooperatives and provides education to the larger community around cooperatives. We intend to create and provide technical, organizing, financial, and other support to democratically-run, community-led, and sustainable cooperatives that are grounded in communities that have been historically marginalized, denied safe, affordable housing, and excluded from formal economies. The goal is to create models of intentional, democratically-run, and collectively held spaces that allow communities the safety to grow, create, and thrive. Baldwin House Community Collective is managed by its Directors and intends to operate as a 501(c)(3) organization.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
