Primary exempt purpose
Amigos de las Americas inspires and builds young leaders through collaborative community development and immersion in cross cultural experiences.

Provide local participants with 6 months of training in health issues, cultural sensitivity, community development, and curriculum planning. Coordinate and implement summer experiences for these youth in Latin American communities. There were 24 students from local high schools who participant in the AMIGOS program this year.
