Primary exempt purpose

Ensure the integrity of horse racing

  • ROAP held two Accreditation Schools in 2024, attended by 65 aspiring officials. Educational programming includes legal, medication, general and race video incidents as well as in-person education with working officials in a variety of positions.

  • ROAP al approved Continuing Education agendas for multiple jurisdictions, both in person and online, throught the year and across the U.S.

  • ROAP continued to support racing in international jurisdictions by offering certificate programs in Mexico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
