Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)

PART I, LINE 3
THE COMPENSATION OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/CEO IS DETERMINED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITEE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. THEIR DECISION IS DOCUMENTED IN A WRITEN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT AND IS PRESENTED TO THE SENIOR DIRECTOR OF FINANCE. IN ADDITION, THE COMMITEE USES COMPARABLE NON-PROFITS TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE COMPENSATION LEVELS. THE BASE COMPENSATION OF THE CEO IS EVALUATED EVERY THREE YEARS, AND WAS LAST UNDERTAKEN TO DETERMINE THE ANNUAL BASE COMPENSATION FOR THE YEARS 1/1/2023-12/31/2026, WITH AUTOMATIC EXTENSION THROUGH 12/31/2029 SHOULD FLAG FOOTBALL BE INCLUDED IN THE OLYMPICS.
PART I, LINE 7
THE BONUS OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/CEO IS DETERMINED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. THE BASIS FOR THE CEO'S ELIGIBILITY FOR AN ANNUAL BONUS IS DICTATED IN HIS EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT AND INCLUDES THE LEVEL OF MEMBERSHIPS, SPONSORSHIPS, AND REVENUES FROM SOURCES OUTSIDE OF THE NFL FOUNDATION GRANT DURING THE YEAR. THE DISCRETION OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE IS ALSO EMPLOYED IN DETERMINING THE BONUS OF THE CEO. THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE IS TO CONSIDER THE CEO'S SUCCESS IN ADVANCING AGREED-UPON STRATEGIES AND IN COMMUNICATING WITH THE BOARD WHEN DETERMINING HIS ANNUAL BONUS. THE BONUSES OF ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES ARE DETERMINED BY THE CEO. WHILE THESE BONUSES MAY CONCIDER CERTAIN PERFORMANCE METRICS, THE AMOUNT IS ULTIMATELY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CEO.

Part I's answers as filed. A line not listed was left unanswered; on lines 1a and 3 that means the box was not checked.
