OUR VISION IS TO SEE ALL PEOPLE IN REMOTE KAREN AREAS HAVE ACCESS TO HIGH-QUALITY HEALTHCARE. AS A REFLECTION OF OUR CHRISTIAN BELIEFS, WE ARE COMMITTED TO MEETING THE PHYSICAL NEEDS OF PEOPLE. WE DO THIS BY PROVIDING CULTURALLY-SENSITIVE, EFFICIENT AND SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS TO PROBLEMS THAT REQUIRE TECHNICAL OR MEDICAL SKILLS AND BY MOBILIZING PRAYER AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT. TO ACCOMPLISH OUR VISION, WE HAVE DEVELOPED SUSTAINABLE TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR LOCAL ETHNIC HEALTHCARE TEAMS TO SERVE THE MARGINALIZED AREAS OF KAREN STATE CONCENTRATED ALONG THE THAI-MYANMAR BORDER. STUDENTS FROM THESE REMOTE AREAS ARE SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN A 5-YEAR PHYSICIAN ASSOCIATE, 3-YEAR ENGINEERING OR A 2-YEAR SURGICAL PHYSICIAN ASSOCIATE TRAINING PROGRAM. IN 2024, EARTH MISSION GRADUATED 36 STUDENTS TO PROVIDE HIGH-QUALITY HEALTHCARE ACROSS KAREN STATE, EMPOWERED 57 FULL-TIME STUDENTS TO SAVE LIVES THROUGH MEDICAL AND ENGINEERING EDUCATION, SUPPORTED 92 STAFF TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF QUALIFIED PRACTITIONERS AND TECHNICIANS IN KAREN STATE, AND TREATED 9,671 PATIENTS AT 4 DIFFERENT SITES IN THEIR OWN LANGUAGE AND CULTURE.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
