DURING THE TAX YEAR, THE ASSOCIATION MADE A CONTRIBUTION CREDIT OF $450,000 TO THE PLAN. THIS AMOUNT IS NOT INCLUDED IN DEFERRED COMPENSATION, AS IT IS INCLUDED IN THE 2024 DISTRIBUTION AMOUNT. DURING THE TAX YEAR, A $960,512 DISTRIBUTION WAS MADE FROM THE PLAN AFTER A TWO-YEAR VESTING PERIOD OF RELATED CONTRIBUTIONS.
