THE COMPENSATION FOR THE PRESIDENT, SECRETARY/TREASURER, AND RECORDING SECRETARY IS REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE LOCAL'S EXECUTIVE BOARD. THE EXECUTIVE BOARD USES COMPENSATION DATA FROM COMPARABLE LOCAL UNIONS AND DISCUSSES THE COMPENSATION. THE APPROVAL OF THE COMPENSATION IS DOCUMENTED IN THE EXECUTIVE BOARD'S MEETING MINUTES.
