Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

CORE FORM, PART VII AND SCHEDULE J
TAXABLE COMPENSATION REPORTED HEREIN IS DERIVED FROM 2022 FORMS W-2.
SCHEDULE J, PART I; QUESTION 1A
HOUSING IS PROVIDED TO PHILADELPHIA UNIVERSITY'S EXECUTIVE DEAN AS PART OF HIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. THE ORGANIZATION DEEMS IT NECESSARY THAT THIS INDIVIDUAL LIVE ON CAMPUS IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO IMMEDIATELY PROVIDE LEADERSHIP TO THE CAMPUS COMMUNITY AT ANY TIME, 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK. THIS AMOUNT IS INCLUDED WITHIN SCHEDULE J, PART II, COLUMN D, NON-TAXABLE BENEFITS, AS THIS ITEM WAS DEEMED TO BE BUSINESS RELATED AND SUBJECT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF PHILADELPHIA UNIVERSITY AND THE INDIVIDUAL'S RESPECTIVE JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. GEOFFREY CROMARTY, ED.D. AND MATT D. BAKER, PA-C, DHSC PARTICIPATE IN A FLEXIBLE BENEFIT PROGRAM ("PERQUISITE PROGRAM") ADMINISTERED BY A RELATED 501(C)(3) TAX-EXEMPT AFFILIATE. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES A FIXED DOLLAR AMOUNT, AND ENABLES PARTICIPATING EMPLOYEES TO ALLOCATE THE AMOUNT AMONG CERTAIN TAXABLE BENEFIT OPTIONS (I.E., ADDITIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COVERAGES, LONG-TERM CARE INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL OR TAX PLANNING ASSISTANCE) OR TO NON-QUALIFIED DEFERRED COMPENSATION OPTIONS. THE ELECTIONS ARE MADE BEFORE THE YEAR IN WHICH THE BENEFIT PROGRAM AMOUNT IS PROVIDED. THE AMOUNTS ALLOCATED TO TAXABLE BENEFIT OPTIONS ARE INCLUDED WITHIN THE EMPLOYEES' FORM W-2, BOX 5, AS TAXABLE MEDICARE WAGES FOR THE YEAR IN WHICH THE ALLOCATIONS ARE EFFECTIVE.
SCHEDULE J, PART I; QUESTION 7
