The Organization educates Christians through events, tours, courses, resources, and documentaries that highlight the body of believers in Israel and God's work in the land today. The Organization mobilizes Christians to get actively involved by praying, serving, giving, and visiting Israel. Through these efforts, The Organization is building a global movement of Christians who support and partner with the local body of believers in Israel.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)

Part I, Line 1a
The Organization occasionally allows travel for companions, generally when there is a bona fide business purpose. The Organization follows a written policy regarding payment or reimbursement of such expenses and requires proper substantiation under an accountable plan. For occasions where there is not a bona fide business purpose, if travel for companions is allowed, the cost of the companion's ticket is included as taxable compensation to the employee. The Organization pays for the cost of counseling services for an officer of the Organization. The decision to provide this benefit to the officer was approved by the Organization's Board of Directors.
Part I, Line 1b
The Organization pays for the cost of counseling services for an officer of the Organization. While there is no written policy for such expenses, the Organization does require proper substantiation for reimbursement.
Part I, Line 7
The Organization provided a loan to Michael and Vanessa Mistretta in a prior year in the amount of $100,000 to assist with the purchase of a home. As consideration for Michael and Vanessa's fulfillment of their duties to the Organization, the Board of Directors approved the forgiveness of principal and interest in the amount of $14,286. The total amount of compensation paid to Michael and Vanessa Mistretta, including the forgiven principal and interest, does not exceed the value of the consideration received by the Organization.
