Mission

Connected Women Leaders is a cohort curated across geographies, generations, expertise and experience to convene forums on some of the world's most urgent threats: climate justice, food security, global health, economic inequities, and with a gender and racial lens, working together to shape just, equitable and sustainable solutions.

  • Connected Women Leaders was engaged by The Rockefeller Foundation to provide the following services: Continue to develop a new series of programs and forums focused on strengthening women leaders and innovating new models for collaborative problem solving and scaling up social impact, specifically in the priority program areas of climate justice and democratizing power and energy, addressing inequities in global food ecosystems, and access to health services worldwide. Advance innovative work centered on women's empowerment and its link to gender equity, recognizing that climate, energy, food, and the health and well-being of women and girls are critically interconnected. Foster partnerships that allow for action by women, along with those that would move the SDG dial forward and create portfolio opportunities for the Rockefeller Foundation.
