LOUIS BY SUPPORTING PUBLIC POLICY THAT EXPANDS OPPORTUNITY THROUGH BUILDING SUSTAINABLE PARTNERSHIP WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AND OTHER LABOR ALLIES AND IT IS CREATED UNDER SECTION 501(C)(4) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR THE CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE
