Mission and programs · 2022
Mission
In pursuit of Christ's eternal objectives, we equip and encourage business leaders to operate their businesses and conduct their personal lives in accordance with Biblical principles.
Activities or mission (Part I)
To teach Christian principles of business to business leaders.
-
Group Ministry & Resource Development: Organize, develop, and facilitate business leader groups. These peer groups use resources and group meetings to facilitate discussions and encourage implementation of biblical principles in all areas of their businesses and lives that include business purpose, servant leadership, sales and marketing, financial stewardship, organizational development, business excellence, and business planning. During 2022, it started to become easier to meet in person and go back to "pre-covid" activity levels. We have continued to use Zoom and other similar technology, as many groups started to meet online and a number of new groups have been started online. Our Group Leader Training program was updated again and we held multiple online training sessions and produced materials for use in business leader groups & seminars. Our website was improved and new transformational content was added. Other accomplishments in 2022 include additional updates to multiple online courses for Christian business leaders, collaboration meetings with other marketplace ministries so that we can better serve our communities, regular national prayer calls using Zoom, monthly leadership development calls hosted by our President and staff, and bi-weekly e-mail training & membership updates to all our ministry members and friends.
Expenses $714,054 · Grants $5,250
-
CConference & Event Ministry: Conduct conferences, regional gatherings, and other training events that provide teaching, counsel, and fellowship to business leaders on applying biblical principles in every area of their lives. During 2022, we hosted our annual Business Leaders Conference and seven regional, local and curated events. All were well attended and all of them were in-person gatherings. COVID19's impact on 2022 was fairly minimal and we expect to be able to further expand the number of events and regional conferences in 2023. In addition to our in-person conferences and events, we are producing regular, on-line podcasts and townhall meetings which are hosted by FCCI staff members and business leaders.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
