Activities or mission (Part I)

Our mission is to advance non-surgical sterilants and contraceptives for cats and dogs and to promote their global accessibility.

  • Marking non-surgically contracepted/sterilized animals: Our project developing microneedle patches to painlessly tattoo the ear of an animal to indicate it has been non-surgically sterilized progressed. We worked closely with the Georgia Institute of Technology to optimize that patch and applicator for faster application release, increased comfort and use on the abdomen as well. Several pilot studies were conducted in preparation for a large field trial in 2023, working with the ASPCA and Atlanta Humane Society.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
