FURTHER, PROMOTING BLACK-OWNED BUSINESSES AND DEMANDING AN INVESTMENT INTO EDUCATION, SOCIAL SERVICES, ENHANCING THE HEALTH OF BLACK PEOPLE AND AWAY FROM EXPLOITATIVE FORCES SUCH AS LAW ENFORCEMENT, JAIL, AND PRISONS, THAT HAVE HARMED AND CRIMINALIZED THE BLACK COMMUNITY.
