Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)

Part I, Line 1a
The Organization maintains a business club membership, which is available to be used by Organization executives for off-site meetings related to the Organization's activities.
Part I, Line 3
An independent committee of the Board of Directors reviews and approves the compensation level of the Organization's CEO. The deliberations and decisions of the committee are contemporaneously substantiated, and the committee utilizes an independent compensation consultant, Forms 990 of other organizations, as well as ASAE data as comparability data. The Organization's CEO reviews and approves the compensation level of all other executive-level employees. The deliberations of the CEO are contemporaneously substantiated, and the CEO uses the same comparability data in his deliberations.
Part I, Line 4b
The Organization participated in nonqualified deferred compensation agreements with several of its officers, key employees, and highly compensated employees. The Organization's Board approved the deferred compensation arrangements and considered the arrangements in the overall determination of the reasonableness of the compensation of such individuals. The Organization made a contribution of $50,000 on behalf of its CEO, and $25,000 each on behalf of its Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Media & Sales Officer, Senior Vice President of Event Operations, and Senior Vice President of VirtualXP during the 2023 calendar year.
Part II, col (B)(ii):
The Organization awards bonuses and incentives based on individuals' performance in advancing the Organization's mission and programs, promoting efficiencies, and progressing financial performance. In determining the appropriate amount of bonus, the Organization utilizes comparability data from other non-profit organizations that are similar in size and scope. The Organization aims annually for the total bonus pool to equal approximately ten percent of full-time salary compensation. The total amount of bonuses are then allocated proportionately to each of the Organization's program areas based on salary expense. The chief of each program area then determines specific allocations to employees within their program area. The CEO is responsible for reviewing and approving the bonus amounts that are awarded to each of the chiefs of each program area. The CEO's bonus is reviewed and approved by an independent committee of the Board of Directors. The deliberations and decisions related to bonuses and their distribution are contemporaneously substantiated.

Part I's answers as filed. A line not listed was left unanswered; on lines 1a and 3 that means the box was not checked.
