VEAP offers fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy, deli, bakery, culturally specific food choices, protein, meats, canned goods, and non-perishable items. Participants may visit the on-site food pantry/mobile pantry as needed, typically 1-2 times per month.VEAP addresses transportation barriers to healthy food access by providing food deliveries for seniors and qualifying individuals. The mobile food pantry provides access to healthy foods at designated sites in areas of high need located throughout VEAP's service area. Student food packs provide school-year, weekend food for youth in the Edina, Richfield, and Bloomington School Districts. In total, VEAP delivered food to 4,736 households, prepared student food packs for 3,946 students, and provided 28,049 mobile pantry neighborhood visits in 2022. Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
