Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)
- PART I, LINE 7
- PART I. 4B. THE PRIOR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, MARCIA SPECTOR PARTICIPATED IN A SUPPLEMENTAL, NON-QUALIFIED, RETIREMENT PLAN AS FOLLOWS: EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1, 1999, THE ORGANIZATION ESTABLISHED A RABBI TRUST TO SET ASIDE FUNDS FOR KEY MANAGEMENT AS PART OF A DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN. UPON DIRECTION OF THE BOARD, FUNDS ARE ALLOWED TO BE PAID TO A TRUST FUND INVESTED AT THE DIRECTION OF THE TRUSTEE. THE ASSETS IN THE RABBI TRUST REMAIN SUBJECT TO THE CLAIMS OF CREDITORS OF THE ORGANIZATION AND ARE NOT THE PROPERTY OF THE PARTICIPANT AND ARE, THEREFORE, INCLUDED AS AN ASSET ON THE ORGANIZATION'S STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL POSITION. A LIABILITY FOR DEFERRED COMPENSATION OF THE SAME AMOUNT IS RECORDED ON THE STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL POSITION. INVESTMENT ASSETS ARE REPORTED AT FAIR VALUE, AND ACCORDINGLY, REALIZED AND UNREALIZED GAINS AND LOSSES ARE RECOGNIZED WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION'S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS WITHIN THE INVESTMENT INCOME LINE. THE CHANGE TO THE DEFERRED COMPENSATION LIABILITY IS ACCOUNTED FOR AS GENERAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE COMPENSATION EXPENSE. THE NET EFFECT OF ANY CHANGE TO THE ASSET AND CORRESPONDING LIABILITY IS OFFSET AND HAS NO IMPACT ON THE CHANGE IN NET ASSETS. AT JUNE 30, 2025, THE BALANCE OF THE ORGANIZATION'S DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN WAS $303,108. EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2024, THE DEFERRED COMPENSATION WILL BE PAID OUT OVER 60 MONTHS. PART I. 7. MERIT PAY IS PROVIDED TO EMPLOYEES WHEN THEY HAVE EXCEEDED THEIR EXPECTED ROLE.
Part I's answers as filed. A line not listed was left unanswered; on lines 1a and 3 that means the box was not checked.
