THE CENTER FEATURES STATE-OF-THE-ART OPERATING SUITES AND ADVANCED MEDICAL EQUIPMENT. NEW EQUIPMENT AND STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY: -UPGRADES TO ELECTROPHYSIOLOGY LAB PREVENT PATIENTS WITH CARDIAC RHYTHM ABNORMALITIES FROM EXPERIENCING CARDIAC CRISES BY MAPPING, DETECTING AND TREATING EVEN THE MOST COMPLICATED CASES. -OUR DA VINCI ADVANCED SURGICAL ROBOTIC SYSTEM ALLOWS PHYSICIANS TO PERFORM MINIMALLY INVASIVE PROCEDURES. -THE 128-SLICE CT SCAN ALLOWS CLINICIANS TO VIEW HIGH-DEFINITION IMAGES WHILE PATIENTS RECEIVE LOW-DOSE RADIATION. -NEW MRI EQUIPMENT IS WIDER THAN THE STANDARD PROVIDING PATIENTS GREATER COMFORT AND LESS CONFINEMENT THAN STANDARD EQUIPMENT. PROGRAMS: THE BOBBI LEWIS CANCER PROGRAM PROVIDES PERSONALIZED, COMPASSIONATE, STATE-OF-THE-ART ONCOLOGY CARE. COMMUNITY-WIDE SUPPORT MAKES EXPANDING AND UPGRADING GOOD SAMARITAN'S CANCER SERVICES POSSIBLE. Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

Schedule J, Part I, Line 3 Arrangement used to establish the top management official's compensation
THE ORGANIZATION IS SUBJECT TO THE COMPENSATION POLICIES AND PROCESS ESTABLISHED BY THE MAJORITY MEMBER OF BSCHS WITH RESPECT TO THE SYSTEM OF RELATED ENTITIES UNDER ITS DIRECTION. PURSUANT TO THAT PROCESS, THE PERSONNEL AND COMPENSATION COMMITTEE OF THE MAJORITY MEMBER OF BSCHS' BOARD OF DIRECTORS SETS THE LEVEL OF TOTAL COMPENSATION (BASE SALARY AND INCENTIVE COMPENSATION) AND BENEFITS PROVIDED TO SENIOR EXECUTIVES. TO SET TOTAL COMPENSATION LEVELS, THE COMMITTEE WORKS WITH A NATIONAL INDEPENDENT COMPENSATION CONSULTING FIRM TO ENSURE THAT EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION LEVELS ARE REASONABLE AND APPROPRIATE RELATIVE TO SIMILAR POSITIONS IN COMPARABLE ORGANIZATIONS, BASED ON OBJECTIVE SURVEY DATA. EXECUTIVES' TOTAL COMPENSATION OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDE INCENTIVE COMPENSATION ARRANGEMENTS BASED ON EACH EXECUTIVE'S ACHIEVEMENT OF SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE GOALS SET FORTH AT THE START OF EACH CALENDAR YEAR, THE ACHIEVEMENT OF WHICH IS MEASURED AT THE END OF EACH CALENDAR YEAR BY THE CEO OR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS (DEPENDING ON THE ROLE). LEADERS IN ROLES BELOW THE SENIOR EXECUTIVE TIER ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THIS BOARD PROCESS, BUT ARE SUBJECT TO COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT ARRANGEMENTS UNDER THE ESTABLISHED POLICIES AND PROGRAMS OF THE MAJORITY MEMBER OF BSCHS. UNDER THOSE POLICIES AND PROGRAMS, ALL COMPENSATION ARRANGEMENTS ARE ADMINISTERED IN A MANNER INTENDED TO ENSURE COMPETITIVE POSITIONING AND TO PERMIT EFFECTIVE RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION, WHILE NOT EXCEEDING REASONABLE, FAIR MARKET LEVELS.
