NORTHWEST CHARGERS OFFERS YOUTH HOCKEY PROGRAMS FOR PARTICIPANTS AGES 8-18. WEEKLY PRACTICES, CLINICS, AND TOURNAMENTS ARE HELD FOR PARTICIPANTS. THE ACTIVITIES' LONG-TERM OBJECTIVE IS TO PROMOTE, FOSTER, AND ENCOURAGE THE PLAYING OF YOUTH HOCKEY AND TO PROMOTE COMPETITION BETWEEN ICE HOCKEY PLAYERS IN VARIOUS PARTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA.
