ARE RELATED TO THOSE PROVIDED BY ITS CONTROLLING AFFILIATE VALLEY HEALTH SYSTEMS, INC. (VHS), BUT ARE THOSE RENDERED OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF THE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS GRANT RECEIVED BY VHS, AND THE SCOPE OF MALPRACTICE COVERAGE UNDER THE FEDERAL TORT CLAIMS ACT.
