DURING 2024 ORGANIZATION OFFICIALS MONITORED DEVELOPMENTS ON THE NORTHERN BELTLINE PROJECT, INCLUDING EFFORTS AT THE STATE LEVEL TO ADVANCE THE PROJECT AND EFFORTS AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR THE APPALACHIAN DEVELOPMENT HIGHWAY SYSTEM THROUGH FEDERAL APPROPRIATIONS. THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUED TO RESEARCH HOW A PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP MIGHT BE UTILZED FOR THE PROJECT.
