Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)
- PART I, LINE 3
- IT IS THE PHILOSOPHY OF TWIN TIER HOME HEALTH (TTHH) THAT ALL STAFF, INCLUDING THE EXECUTIVE STAFF, BE COMPENSATED FAIRLY FOR THEIR WORK. BASE SALARY LEVELS, INCENTIVE/BONUS PROGRAMS AND BENEFIT PLANS SHALL TAKE INTO ACCOUNT LOCAL, REGIONAL AND NATIONAL MARKETS TO ALLOW TTHH TO RECRUIT, MOTIVATE, REWARD, RECOGNIZE AND RETAIN HIGHLY TALENTED EXECUTIVES WITH THE SKILL SETS REQUIRED TO FULFILL ITS MISSION. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS' EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION COMMITTEE REVIEWS ANNUALLY A COMPREHENSIVE REPORT PREPARED BY AN EXTERNAL EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION CONSULTING FIRM, SULLIVAN COTTER ASSOCIATES, TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATENESS OF THE BASE AND TOTAL COMPENSATION LEVELS FOR TWIN TIER HOME HEALTH, INC SENIOR MANAGEMENT STAFF. THE ANNUAL REPORT FOCUSES ON TWO KEY AREAS: 1) THE COMPETITIVENESS OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT STAFF'S BASE AND TOTAL COMPENSATION (INCLUDING BENEFITS) VS. NATIONAL BENCHMARK DATA FOR COMPARABLY SIZED HEALTH CARE SYSTEMS AND HOSPITALS (BASED UPON 'TOTAL REVENUE' METRICS) AND A 'REASONABLENESS ASSESSMENT' CONSISTENT WITH U.S. TREASURY DEPT REGULATIONS GOVERNING EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION FOR NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. THE DATA FROM THIS REPORT ASSISTS THE EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION COMMITTEE IN DETERMINING THE APPROPRIATENESS OF THE SENIOR MANAGEMENTS' CURRENT BASE AND TOTAL COMPENSATION LEVELS AND THE NEED FOR ANY ADJUSTMENTS FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR.
- PART II, LINE 1, BIII
- PAYMENT IN 2022 FROM A NON-QUALIFIED PLAN: JOHN CARRIGG FOR $540,006 OTHER REPORTABLE COMPENSATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $540,006 INCLUDES NON-QUALIFIED SUPPLEMENTAL EXECUTIVE RETIREMENT PLAN (SERP). EARLY SERP DISTRIBUTIONS WERE RELATED TO INCOME TAX PAYMENTS; THE REMAINING AMOUNTS ARE DEFERRED UNTIL SUBSEQUENT TRIGGERING EVENTS.
Part I's answers as filed. A line not listed was left unanswered; on lines 1a and 3 that means the box was not checked.
