TO RECEIVE FUNDS APPROPRIATED BY THE STATE OF NEBRASKA FROM THE NEBRASKA TOBACCO SETTLEMENT FUND, AND TO DISTRIBUTE THESE FUNDS TO CREIGHTON UNIVERSITY AND BOYS TOWN NATIONAL RESEARCH HOSPITAL.
