Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)

PART I, LINE 1A
TRAVEL FOR COMPANIONS INCLUDES BOARD SPOUSES WHEN APPLICABLE.
PART I, LINE 4B
THE CREDIT UNION ADOPTED A 457(F) EXECUTIVE RETIREMENT PLAN WHICH PROVIDES BENEFITS TO DESIGNATED EXECUTIVES. VICKI VANNBERSTEIN, DID NOT RECEIVE A CONTRIBUTION NOR DISTRIBUTION TO THE PLAN DURING 2024. THE CREDIT UNION ENTERED INTO SPLIT-DOLLAR LIFE INSURANCE ARRANGEMENTS WITH CERTAIN EXECUTIVE EMPLOYEES DURING, WHEREBY THE CREDIT UNION FUNDS THE PREMIUM PAYMENTS ON THE UNDERLYING INSURANCE POLICIES AND THE SENIOR EXECUTIVE OFFICER IN TURN COLLATERALLY ASSIGNS THE POLICY TO THE CREDIT UNION.
PART I, LINE 5
THE CREDIT UNION HAS A SCORECARD TO TRACK ENTERPRISE GOALS AND METRICS. WE ACCRUE THROUGHOUT THE YEAR FOR THE PERCENTAGE OF ALL EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE BONUS PAYOUTS THAT GET PAID OUT EVERY JAN/FEB FOR THE PREVIOUS YEAR'S ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF MEETING THE GOALS. THE PAYOUT PERCENTAGE AMOUNT AND TOTAL ACCRUED IN 2024 AND PAID OUT IN 2025 FOR 2024 BONUS INCENTIVE WAS 3.32% OF ALL EMPLOYEE'S ANNUAL SALARY AMOUNT FOR THE YEAR. THE SCORECARD TRACKS MANY DIFFERENT METRICS TO CALCULATE THE PERCENTAGE PAYOUT TO EMPLOYEES BASED ON RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE. ALL EMPLOYEES GET PAID OUT THE SAME PERCENTAGE CALCULATED ON THE SCORECARD TIMES THEIR ANNUAL SALARY FOR THE YEAR.

Part I's answers as filed. A line not listed was left unanswered; on lines 1a and 3 that means the box was not checked.
