THESE DISREGARDED ENTITIES ARE REPORTED ON PART X AS PROGRAM INVESTMENTS. BY FUNDING THESE MEXICAN SUBSIDIARIES, FIDELIS EDUCATIONAL NET CARRIES ITS MISSION OF COMBATING RURAL AND URBAN POVERTY WITH EDUCATIONAL AND VOCATIONAL PROGRAMS.
