Mission and programs · 2024

Mission

Our vision is to bring about worldwide transformation through empowered believers sharing their faith. To do this we develop and mobilize Christian leaders within their circles of influence by developing and disseminating world-class, values-based, relationship-driven programs and content to believers in every nation.

Activities or mission (Part I)

To provide biblical leadership training and resources to Christian leaders around the globe.

  • Leadership Innovation: Our Leadership Innovation program is for those who have a heart to help others grow in their personal and leadership growth journey by becoming a Beyond Success Facilitator. The journey starts with taking part in the Beyond Success Tables. After the 7-session training, the attendees are able to be part of the facilitator training and have access to all of the materials need to begin their own Beyond Success tables.

    Expenses $6,317,832 · Grants $5,050,334

  • Beyond Success: Our Beyond Success program is an outreach from believers to those within their circles of influence, often within the business community. We train local influencers to conduct Beyond Success tables with other leaders and acquaintances. Beyond Success tables offer a highly accessible pathway to personal improvement as well as an opportunity to hear John C. Maxwell share his faith. We have seen the effectiveness of this strategy throughout the world. People's lives are improving as they apply the personal growth and leadership development principles and many thousands have come to Christ.

    Expenses $2,363,080

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.
