COMPENSATION FOR THE PRESIDENT AND CEO IS A TOTAL AMOUNT REFLECTING COMPENSATION FROM TWO DIFFERENT ORGANIZATIONS. THE GREATER WICHITA PARTNERSHIP, INC. AND WICHITA DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION EACH PAY A PORTION OF THIS TOTAL AMOUNT. IN ADDITION TO LEADERSHIP OF THE GREATER WICHITA PARTNERSHIP, INC., THE PRESIDENT AND CEO ALSO PROVIDES LEADERSHIP AND DIRECTION FOR THE SERVICES AND SUPPORT AGREED UPON WITH THE WICHITA DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. THE GREATER WICHITA PARTNERSHIP, INC.'S AND WICHITA DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION'S COMPENSATION COMMITTEE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING COMPENSATION OF THE PRESIDENT AND CEO.
