Mission and programs · 2024

Mission

Ketchikan Little League is a non-profit public youth sports program. It is organized under the non-profit public benefit corporation laws for charitable purposes. The league goals are for each and every kid to have a fun-filled, safe experience while building fundamental skills and learning good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, teamwork, and respect for people, both on and off the field. These skills will help these children not only during the baseball season, but will make them become good decent citizens rather than superior athletes and prepare them to grow into tomorrow's leaders.

  • The program services of Ketchikan Little League teach the skills and rules of baseball and softball, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

    Expenses $129,967

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
