Mission and programs · 2024

Mission

Our program focuses on empowering church planters and their teams in the greater Orlando and Central Florida region to establish new churches. By providing training resources and support we aim to facilitate the growth and multiplication of churches in the community. Our efforts are dedicated to fostering a network of thriving churches that positively impact the local area.

Activities or mission (Part I)

To strengthen church planters and their teams to multiply churches throughout greater Orlando and the Central Florida region.

  • Residency designed for those who have proven ministry and leadership experience demonstrated a calling to plant a church and are around 12-18 months from launching a new church plant. This residency will help church planters develop concrete church planting leadership and ministry skills as they work towards designing and implementing the formation and launch of a contextualized new church plant.

    Expenses $233,068 · Grants $210,000

  • Training Program designed for those that are exploring a potential call to church planting. Residents are introduced to basic church planting competencies and helped to deepen their self-awareness of these needed skills. Residents will discern their call to church planting while growing a heart for the vision of collaborating together to plant churches.

    Expenses $8,200

  • Training Program for Spanish speaking leaders. Designed for those that are exploring a potential call to church planting. Residents are introduced to basic church planting competencies and helped to deepen their self-awareness of these needed skills. Residents will discern their call to church planting while growing a heart for the vision of collaborating together to plant churches.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.
