Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)

Part I, Line 1a
Joe Wiegand, Clarence Sitter, Lyubomyr Shkandriy, Sheila Strommen, Kinley Slauter, and Darwin Lindsey all resided in TRMF housing for all or part of the year in Medora. The fair market value of the housing is a taxable benefit being included in taxable income.
Part I, Line 4a
Darwin Lindsey's employment with TRMF was terminated on 11/5/25 and a separation agreement was entered into which included a severance payment to Darwin of $16,266.96.
Part I, Line 5
Individual incentive plans were in place for executive team members Randy, Emily, Clarence, Lyubomyr, Sheila, Kinley and Daniel. A portion of their plans are tied to the result of meeting the company's financial goals. Joe and Darwin were eligible for the company-wide incentive plan which was also tied to meeting the company's financial goals. Incentives from 2023 that had been accrued were paid in 2024,and 2024 earned incentives were also paid out in 2024.The incentive that was earned in 2025 was paid out in 2026, and going forward this cadence will be followed. This explains the larger incentive payment in 2024 with none in 2025 for the executive team (with the exception of Randy due to his retirement).

Part I's answers as filed. A line not listed was left unanswered; on lines 1a and 3 that means the box was not checked.
