Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)

PART I, LINE 1A
THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND A FEW OTHER STAFF AT YMCA TROUT LODGE AND CAMP LAKEWOOD ARE REQUIRED TO LIVE ON SITE AT THE PROPERTY DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE BUSINESS, AND IT IS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT FOR THOSE POSITIONS. THEREFORE, THE HOUSING IS NON-TAXABLE TO THE EMPLOYEE.
PART I, LINE 3
REGARDING COMPENSATION OF THE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, THE EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION COMMITTEE CONSIDERS GUIDELINES ISSUED BY THE YMCA OF THE USA FOR EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION. THE YUSA GUIDELINES TYPICALLY ENCOURAGE CONSIDERATION OF SUCH FACTORS AS ESSENTIAL LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS, MULTI-UNIT MANAGEMENT SKILL, URBAN ISSUES AND CULTURAL COMPETENCY SKILL, ABILITY TO INFLUENCE COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDERS, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THE CEO POSITION WHICH MAY BE UNIQUE TO THE ASSOCIATION. THESE SKILLS ARE CRITICAL FOR THE SUCCESSFUL FULFILLMENT OF THE MISSION OF THE GWRY AND CONTINUED FINANCIAL STABILITY. IN 2025 THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AGREED THAT THE PROCESS SHOULD AND DID COMPLY WITH THE INTERNAL REVENUE SAFE HARBOR FOR EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION IN NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS WHICH CREATES A PRESUMPTION THAT THE COMPENSATION IS REASONABLE IF THE FOLLOWING STEPS ARE FOLLOWED: 1) COMPENSATION IS APPROVED IN ADVANCE BY AN AUTHORIZED BODY OF THE ORGANIZATION COMPOSED OF INDIVIDUALS WHO DO NOT HAVE A CONFLICT OF INTEREST (IN THIS CASE, THE GWRY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE); 2)THE AUTHORIZED BODY RELIES ON INDEPENDENT MARKET DATA (E.G. THE YUSA GUIDELINES, DATA PROVIDED ANNUALLY BY SULLIVAN AND COTTER) TO SET THE COMPENSATION LEVEL; 3) THE AUTHORIZED BODY MUST FULLY DOCUMENT ITS PROCESS. OTHER SENIOR EXECUTIVES OF THE ASSOCIATION ARE MEASURED ON PERFORMANCE AGAINST REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AS WELL AS SPECIFIC CHALLENGING AND MEASURABLE GOALS, AND COMPENSATION IS SET ANNUALLY BASED ON PERFORMANCE, BUDGET AND INFORMED BY MARKET DATA. THE EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION COMMITTEE IS INFORMED OF THIS PROCESS FOR SENIOR STAFF, BUT DOES NOT SET THEIR COMPENSATION.
PART I, LINE 4B
TIMOTHY HELM: $14,757.26 SUPPLEMENTAL NON-QUALIFIED RETIREMENT PLAN
PART I, LINE 7
THE ORGANIZATION MAY PAY DISCRETIONARY BONUSES TO OFFICERS AND KEY EMPLOYEES AS PART OF ITS COMPENSATION PLAN.

Part I's answers as filed. A line not listed was left unanswered; on lines 1a and 3 that means the box was not checked.
