Mission
STAYING TRUE TO THE FOUNDATION OF COMBINING JESUS AND JUSTICE, RED LETTER CHRISTIANS MOBILIZES INDIVIDUALS INTO A MOVEMENT OF BELIEVERS WHO LIVE OUT JESUS' COUNTER-CULTURAL TEACHINGS.
-
SPEAKING AND EVENTS: -LAUNCHED A SERIES OF THREE "RED LETTER REVIVALS" TO TAKE PLACE THIS FISCAL YEAR AND NEXT. THE GOAL OF THIS SERIES OF RED LETTER REVIVALS IS TO STAND IN DIRECT CONTRAST TO THE CHRISTIAN NATIONALISM WE KNOW WILL BE ON DISPLAY DURING THE ONGOING ELECTION CYCLE. RED LETTER CHRISTIANS WILL BRING TOGETHER A BROAD COALITION OF FAITH AND NONPROFIT LEADERS TO SET THE TABLE FOR COLLABORATION AND EQUIP THEM WITH THE NETWORK NEEDED TO INCREASE THE IMPACT OF OUR COLLECTIVE WORK, BOTH NOW AND IN THE FUTURE. IN EACH REVIVAL LOCATION, AN "ADVISORY COUNCIL" COMPRISED OF KEY LEADERS WORKING LOCALLY ON THE MOST-PRESSING JUSTICE ISSUES IN EACH CONTEXT IS STEERING AND CO- CREATING THE REVIVAL PROGRAMS. ADVISORY COUNCIL MEMBERS WILL INCLUDE FAITH AND NONPROFIT LEADERS, ACTIVISTS, PASTORS, THOUGHT LEADERS, ARTISTS, MUSICIANS, AND THOSE IMPACTED BY INJUSTICE. THE LONG-TERM OBJECTIVE OF FORMING THESE GROUPS IS TO BREAK DOWN SILOS, CONNECT LEADERS WITH CREATIVE SOLUTIONS TO THE CHALLENGES OF INJUSTICE, AND SOW THE SEEDS OF COLLABORATION FOR YEARS TO COME. -HOSTED 12 VIRTUAL BOOK CLUBS AND 12 MORNING PRAYER EVENTS TO CONTINUE TO ELEVATE THE VOICES OF FAITHFUL THOUGHT-LEADERS CO-CREATING A MORE JUST FUTURE. -LAUNCHED AN ADVENT/CHRISTMAS DEVOTIONAL BRINGING AWARENESS TO THE GENOCIDE HAPPENING IN GAZA AND THE WEST BANK; CONTINUED TO CULTIVATE A TRUSTED PARTNERSHIP WITH SHEPHERD SOCIETY.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
