Primary exempt purpose
The organizations primary exempt purpose is to benefit TRWA by supporting rural water education and research relating to the water and wastewater industry.

The student scholarship program was established to recognize and assist qualified individuals in the pursuit of a higher education and a career in the water and wastewater industry. In 2023 29 students received scholarship grants of $500-$1500 each.
