AMERICA250.ORG, INC. ("AMERICA250", OR THE ORGANIZATION") IS THE SOLE SUPPORTING NON-PROFIT TO THE U.S. SEMIQUINCENTENNIAL COMMISSION CHARGED WITH PLANNING THE MULTIYEAR COMMEMORATION OF THE 250TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA THAT PEAKS ON JULY 4, 2026. IT IS A ONCE-IN-LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY TO DEEPEN UNDERSTANDING OF AMERICA'S COMPLICATED PAST AND IGNITE SHARED OPTIMISM FOR THE FUTURE THROUGH ENGAGING PROGRAMS AND EXPERIENCES. THE ORGANIZATION IS WORKING TO INSPIRE THE AMERICAN SPIRIT WITHIN ALL AMERICANS AND EACH AMERICAN, GROUNDED IN THE NATION'S FOUNDING PRINCIPLES, FOR A CONTINUING JOURNEY TOWARD A MORE PERFECT UNION.AMERICA250.ORG, INC. IS THE 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT PARTNER OF THE U.S. SEMIQUINCENTENNIAL COMMISSION (THE "COMMISSION"). THE ORGANIZATION WORKS COLLABORATIVELY WITH THE COMMISSION AND PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ENTITIES ACROSS THE COUNTRY TO BRING THE VISION FOR AMERICA250 TO LIFE THROUGH NATIONAL AND GRASSROOTS PROGRAMMING, COMMERCIAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIPS, MARKETING, AND FUNDRAISING EFFORTS.2024 WAS A YEAR FILLED WITH ACHIEVEMENT, COLLABORATION, HUGE ACHIEVEMENTS AND MEANINGFUL CONNECTION FOR AMERICA250. BEGINNING IN 2024, WE LAUNCHED OUR FIRST LARGE-SCALE PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVE, AMERICA'S FIELD TRIP - A STUDENT CONTEST DESIGNED TO ENGAGE AMERICA'S YOUNG PEOPLE IN OUR COUNTRY'S HISTORY AND CULTURE. STUDENTS ANSWERED, "WHAT AMERICA MEANS TO THEM AND AWARDEES HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO GO ON INCREDIBLE, BEHIND-THE-SCENES FIELD TRIPS AT PLACES LIKE THE STATUE OF LIBERTY, THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES, YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK, AND MORE. WE RECEIVED THOUSANDS OF INCREDIBLE SUBMISSIONS FROM STUDENTS AROUND THE COUNTRY AND EVENTUALLY ANNOUNCED THE 75 FIRST-PLACE AWARDEES FROM 27 STATES. WE SECURED COVERAGE AROUND THE COUNTRY IN OUTLETS, INCLUDING FOX, ABC BIRMINGHAM, SHELBY COUNTY REPORTER, HAWAII NEWS NOW, NEWS 12 WESTCHESTER, AND MORE. IN LATE MARCH, AMERICA250 CONTINUED TO ADVANCE OUR PROGRAMMING EFFORTS WITH THE COMMISSION'S OFFICIAL APPROVAL OF OUR PLAYBOOK, DETAILING THE LARGE-SCALE, HIGH-IMPACT PROGRAMMING AMERICA250 IS PLANNING FOR 2026. IN MAY AMERICA250 SENIOR LEADERSHIP TOOK PART IN A PANEL ALONGSIDE GIANNI INFANTINO OF FIFA, JANET EVANS OF LA28, AND OLYMPIAN LINDSAY VONN AT THE MILKEN GLOBAL CONFERENCE TO SPEAK ABOUT HOW THE 250TH ANNIVERSARY, THE WORLD CUP, AND THE LA OLYMPICS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PUT THE UNITED STATES ON AN INTERNATIONAL STAGE, BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER, AND REINVIGORATE THE AMERICAN DREAM. AMERICA250 CHAIR ROSIE RIOS SPOKE AT THE POINTS OF LIGHT CONFERENCE IN HOUSTON, TX, THE ORGANIZATION FOUNDED BY GEORGE H. W. BUSH, AND SHARED WITH AN AUDIENCE OF NONPROFITS AND VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATIONS THE AMAZING WORK UNDERWAY AT AMERICA250. SHE TEASED AMERICA250'S NEXT TENTPOLE EFFORT LAUNCHING IN SEPTEMBER, AMERICA GIVES, AND CALLED ON THE ORGANIZATIONS IN THE ROOM FOR THEIR SUPPORT TO REINVIGORATE YEAR-ROUND GIVING AND SERVICE IN THE UNITED STATES. SHE WENT ON TO SPEAK AT THE US CONFERENCE OF MAYORS WITH THE GOAL OF STARTING LOCAL COMMUNITY-BASED AMERICA250 COMMISSIONS FROM SEA TO SHINING SEA.ON JULY 4TH, WE OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED "OUR AMERICAN STORY," A GROUNDBREAKING INITIATIVE TO GATHER AND PRESERVE THE VOICES THAT MAKE UP OUR NATION'S RICH TAPESTRY. WE ALL KNOW THE POWER OF STORYTELLING TO CONNECT, INSPIRE, AND TRANSFORM COMMUNITIES, AND OUR AMERICAN STORY INVITES AMERICANS TO NOMINATE INDIVIDUALS IN THEIR COMMUNITY WHOSE STORY DESERVES TO BE HEARD AND REMEMBERED. THESE STORIES, WHETHER FROM EVERYDAY AMERICANS, FAMOUS FIGURES, OR UNSUNG HEROES, REFLECT THE DIVERSE EXPERIENCES AND RESILIENCE THAT DEFINE AMERICA.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.
