WE PUBLISH 3,000 COPIES OF FREE MONTHLY NEWSLETTER THE ORANGE NET WORK. IT IS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH ORANGE AND LA COUNTIES TO PROVIDE VARIOUS INFORMATION TO JAPANESE COMMUNITY.
